Hervé Le Jouan is an early High-Tech/Internet/Mobile Entrepreneur having been involved in key Digital Measurement companies.
He recently left comScore where he was Managing Director Europe since July 2008 where he remains Advisor of the Board to start a new venture.
Before comScore acquired M:Metrics in 2008, Le Jouan was Managing Director Europe M:Metrics since Oct 2005. Prior to that position, Le Jouan was senior vice president at MediaMétrie, a French media measurement firm, where he was responsible for the global management of the firm's new services related to cross-media consumption. Previously, Le Jouan was Vice President for Nielsen//NetRating's International division. Before its acquisition by Nielsen//NetRatings, he was COO in NetValue, a firm he co-founded in 1998 and listed on the Paris Stock Exchange Market in 2000; it was the first European firm to measure Internet through panels. Le Jouan co-founded NetValue after his tenure at Netscape, where he was director of business development, Europe. Before Netscape, Le Jouan co-founded his first company, Helix, after a serving in a financial management software firm.
Le Jouan received a degree in engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiégne, where he specialized in artificial intelligence.
