Professional Experience in external projects:

• Research preparation for the best practices in the implementation of electronic health portals in Europe: - preparing a research for Ministry of administration and administrative reform in accordance with the future project for development of electronic health portal in Bulgaria. The document summarizes the best practices in Europe.; Main activities: Drafting the document.

Consultant, Project coordinator in the following projects:

• Preparation of project proposals for official institutions under Phare regulations, MATRA projects, VI FWP and others. - During the period June 2005 – June 2006 I supported the Ministry of Health in the preparation of different project proposals for participation in EU projects, related to the listed above programmes.

• Support in the preparation the National e-health strategy of the Ministry of Health - The strategy was prepared based on detailed business analyses of the existing processes. The description was based on the all existing and planed for near future projects in the country. My personal responsibility was analyse and description of the as is situation and the planed goals and measures (together with other experts) of the strategy. The strategy was prepared in April 2006, but approved in December 2006 (by the Council of Ministers).

• Preparation the national programme for implementation of the e-health for Bulgarian Doctors Union - The programme was prepared in October 2005, based on detailed business analyses of the existing processes. The description was based on the all existing and planed for near future projects in the country. Important part of the programme was cost efficiency analyse – and the proposed roadmap and projects were based on it. My personal responsibility was the business analyse and description of the planed projects (together with other IT experts).

• Preparation the strategy for e-health for Ministry of transport - The strategy was prepared based on detailed business analyses of the existing processes. The description was based on the all existing and planed for near future projects in the country. My personal responsibility was the business analyse and description of the planed projects (together with other IT experts).
