Professional Experience in external projects: - Research preparation for the best practices in the implementation of electronic health portals in Europe: - preparing a research for Ministry of administration and administrative reform in accordance with the future project for development of electronic health portal in Bulgaria. Important part of the programme was cost efficiency analyse – and the proposed roadmap and projects were based on it. My personal responsibility was the business analyse and description of the planed projects (together with other IT experts).
